Assemble An Economic Advisory Council to devise an “economic blueprint” for the Black community, addressing the following issues (but not limited to):

-Financial literacy for the Black family

-Increasing the income of Black households

-Access to capital for entrepreneurs and small business owners

-Building a Black Economic Base

-Design A Roadmap to Economic Competitiveness

-Generational Wealth
